Our modern world is fast paced, complex and programmes us to value results often in favour of truth. Speed and complexity limit us and cause stress, disharmony and conflict which become internalised. The chaos without reflects the chaos within affecting all facets of our lives. It makes it difficult for us to act out of an energy or act within a time that is of our own choosing.
